Prefer a reusable radon monitor?
A monitor keeps measuring over time. EPA: "Because radon levels tend to vary from day to day and season to season, a short-term test is less likely than a long-term test to tell you your year-round average radon level."1 EPA also notes that heating and air conditioning changes, and the weather, can affect readings.2
