How do I get a free radon test kit in New Hampshire?

Use the request link on the DHHS testing page. The video there says the kit is free for New Hampshire residents and that you should expose the charcoal sampler for 48 to 96 hours. Close the windows for 12 hours before a short-term test and during the test.
